All membership payments made to WorldMeetUs are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Terms

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, relationship outcomes, dissatisfaction with results, or unused subscription time.
• We do not issue refunds if you forget to cancel before your renewal date.
• All subscription fees and the one-time joining fee are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions (Errors Only)

A refund may be considered only in the case of:

• Duplicate billing (charged twice for the same period), or
• Platform billing error or system malfunction, or
• Confirmed fraudulent use of your payment details

If one of these exceptions applies, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not provide a refund for the current billing cycle.
• Visibility and platform access may end immediately when a subscription is cancelled or unpaid.

4. Payment Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.
• Failed payments may result in removal from public visibility or suspension of your account.

5. Joining Fee

The $9.99 one-time joining fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
