By accessing or using WorldMeetUs (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility
To use this platform, you must:
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Provide accurate, truthful information.
• Follow all applicable Australian laws.

3. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

4. Service Purpose
WorldMeetUs is a public relationship-transparency platform. By joining, you acknowledge and consent that:
• Your relationship status, verification level, and profile may be publicly visible.
• Relationship changes (such as breakups or divorce) may be recorded and archived for transparency.
• Public visibility is a core function of the service — not an optional feature.

5. Membership Plans and Pricing
We offer two paid membership plans:

• Single’s Plan: $44.99/month + $9.99 one-time joining fee
• Couple’s Plan: $44.99/month (covers both partners) + $9.99 one-time joining fee

All memberships:
• Are billed monthly
• Renew automatically unless cancelled
• Require an active subscription to remain visible on the platform

6. Payments and Refunds
• All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months.
• You must keep your payment details valid and up to date.
• Failed or missed payments may result in temporary suspension or full removal from visibility.

7. Profile Visibility and Relationship Status
By joining, you agree that:
• Your profile will be displayed publicly according to your status (Single, Dating, Exclusive, Engaged, Married).
• If a relationship ends, the couple profile may be moved to a private History Page, not deleted.
• We may archive, adjust, or remove visibility based on your verification level, behaviour, or subscription status.

8. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
• Post false, abusive, or misleading information
• Impersonate others or submit fake relationships
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or defame other members
• Use the platform for illegal activity
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Intellectual Property
All branding, layout, designs, and platform content belong to WorldMeetUs and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Member behaviour or relationship outcomes
• Emotional impact, disputes, or personal consequences
• Technical issues, interruptions, or data loss
Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, submit false information, misuse the platform, or fail to maintain payments. Termination results in immediate loss of visibility and access.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New South Wales (NSW).
